Starting the year off, as usual, we went to CES. Every year, the Connected Fitness hall gets larger and more diverse. This year, it spilled over into 3 different venues.

January 9, 2014 Amazing all the fitness sensor technology. Every new gadget seems to motivate me, but I really like the FitBug new programs.

January 25, 2014 I'm not a big device person, but if they are easy to use with my iphone, I am more likely to use it..if its easy!
